STR7 (ARM) - 32-bit Microcontrollers

The STR7 family of 32-bit microcontrollers combines the industry-standard ARM7TDMI® 32-bit RISC core, featuring high performance, very low power, and very dense code, with a comprehensive set of peripherals and ST's latest 0.18µ embedded Flash technology in the STR710, STR730 and STR750 ranges. The STR7 family comprises a wide range of devices fully loaded in generous packages or optimized in low pin-count packages.
These small, highly integrated microcontrollers open the door to expanding application capabilities while driving down the total system cost.
This family targets embedded control applications such as industrial control, factory automation, point of sales, medical and testing equipment, as well as telecom and consumer applications.

STR7 (ARM) - 32-bit Microcontroller Families

Built on the leading ARM7 architecture, the STR7 series allows a fast response to emerging requirements, enabling the rapid implementation of changes at low cost. This family of standard ARM7 microcontrollers will serve your needs today and tomorrow.
STR710 for Consumer, POS and High-end Industrial
The STR710 series is loaded with many communication interfaces including USB, CAN, ISO7816 and four UART. It is endowed with the biggest RAM of all STR7 (up to 64KB) and implements the external memory interface. This makes it a perfect fit for consumer, point of sales and high-end industrial applications:
GSM, GPS, Bluetooth, DAB/DBM host processor
bank card reader, cash register
three-phase power meter

STR730 for Industrial and Automotive related
The STR730 series features up to twenty timers, three CAN, 112 I/Os and operates with a single 5V power supply. It is available in an extended temperature range (-40 to +105°C). This makes it parrticularly suitable for industrial and automotive related applications:
industrial power meter, UPS, ATM, printer
maintenance, Datalogger, Tachograph,
STR750 for General purpose and Vector drive
The STR750 is the latest series in the STR7 family. It brings the best integration with a balanced peripheral set, USB, CAN and some key innovations like a clock failure detection and the advanced motor control timer. It is the only one to support both 3.3V and 5V, and it is also available in an extended temperature range (-40 to +105°C). This makes it a genuine general purpose microcontroller, suitable for a wide range of applications:
appliance, brushless motor drive
USB peripheral, UPS, alarm systems
programmable logic controller, circuit breaker, inverters
medical and portable equipment
