Hi all, as a student getting started to learn embedded (Linux) system, I'm looking for a nice development board, which embodies a 32bit ARM9 processor and some useful connection (USB, 2 or 3 serial, ethernet, camera...). For me as a beginner, I need it to be ready to run and inexpensive (<=$300), pre-configured tool chain and necessary binaries, example projects included.
better would it be if it has been attached with a LCD
Thanks in advance for any information that would be helpful.

hi,
I m not an expert about embedded linux, but seems need a external memory controler, with "huge" quantity (in comparaison to the STR9 embedded 96K of RAM). Same idea with flash.
Take a look with Atmel, they make some ARM9 at 180-200 Mhz (i forget the name of these device), really well supported by linux and the community and with plenty of documentation as / how tu use GCC, linux...
Good luck.
